This is after he experienced difficulties in finding affordable quality training back in 2015.
He therefore founded his own personal training business, determined to change the accessibility to sports science and how people prioritised personal training.
Since then, he has worked with various medical and sports institutions such as Ng Teng Fong General Hospital, Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, and Active Health, Sport Singapore.
Seeing you improve means a lot to him; he counts his youngest client achieving powerlifting goals as one of his greatest coaching joys thus far. Another example, among others, was when he helped his stroke patient get back unassisted walking abilities.
His six years of experience in both the private and public sectors have taught him how to work with specialised populations like youths, seniors, athletes, and patients.
