Eric Fernando

Senior Physiotherapist

Eric is a Senior Physiotherapist with an extensive background dealing with on-field sports injuries, persistent sports acquired injuries, as well as daily aches and niggles.

He graduated with a Diploma in Physiotherapy from Nanyang Polytechnic before obtaining his BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy from Curtin University, Australia. Since then, he has worked as a club sports trainer with an Australian Football Club, and as a sports physiotherapist in public and private hospitals in Singapore.

Eric has excelled in rehabilitating both sports related and more chronic conditions, as he believes in managing your conditions together to assist you back to all the activities you love.

Eric has a special interest in lower back pain and climbing related injuries through evidence-based management. Sessions with him include a combination of exercises, education, and manual therapy, all with the aim to provide you with the knowledge and skills to embark on your journey to recovery.

Eric is also an avid sportsperson himself, having trained for multiple sports including climbing and triathlons. Through his 13-year journey, he has also coached and aided in performance optimisation in climbing and running.

His coaching methodology ensures that your training is always on track with measurable goals. All training programs are individualised and specific to your goals, be it optimising performance, weight management, or general wellness.
